How to arrange installment payments

The process is simple: first we confirm the final estimate, then arrange installments for the agreed amount. The first payment is charged when the plan is set up, followed by one payment every 30 days.

1. Leave a request or call to call a technical surveyor for a free site survey at a convenient time.
2. The specialist makes a site survey, specifies the materials, lighting and informs the cost.
3. If the estimate is approved, we can sign the stretch-ceiling installation contract during the visit.
4. You indicate that you want to pay in installments and check the limit in the bank app.
5. The invoice for the first payment through the WayForPay payment service is sent to the email.
6. The team installs the ceiling at the agreed time, usually within 1-3 days.
7. Next, the bank debits the payment from the card every month; a reminder is usually sent before the write-off.

Important nuances

I want to pay in installments but do not have an eligible card. What can I do?

You can issue a Monobank or A-Bank card online, without visiting a branch. The available limit is checked in the bank app.

Is it possible to order any ceilings in installments?

Yes. With this scheme, you can pay for any type of stretch ceiling, materials and work, if the amount exceeds your bank limit.

How can the payments be interest-free?

The bank transfers the amount of the order to the company after deducting its commission, and the client gets the opportunity to split the payment. Therefore, the scheme is beneficial for the client, the bank, and the company, even if our margin for such an order is lower.

Why is there an additional commission for a longer term?

The longer the term, the higher the bank interest for the service. We show it separately in order not to increase the base price of the ceiling and not to hide the commission in the estimate.

Can I combine an upfront payment with bank installments?

Yes. For example, part of the amount can be paid in cash or on account, and the balance can be transferred through the bank, if the limit is not enough for the entire estimate.

When are payments debited?

The monthly payment is debited every month on the day the first payment was made. The bank may have a separate commission for the use of credit funds, if the write-off does not come from own funds.

Can I use the remaining limit for other purchases?

It depends on your limit. If a part of the limit remains after the ceiling has been established, it can be used for other goods or services in accordance with the bank's rules.

Is it possible to use the limits of two banks?

Yes. If one limit is not enough, the estimate can be divided between two banks. Before registration, we agree on the amounts for each account and show both payment schedules.
