Who and what data is processed

Technical and advertising data

During the operation of the site, IP address, User-Agent, browser and device type, date and time of visit, page address, source of transition, UTM parameters, Google, Meta and Microsoft Ads advertising identifiers, including gclid and msclkid, advertising campaign, advertisement or listing data, viewing events, clicks, interactions with the calculator and request submission may be processed. For this, the site uses Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Advertising UET, Microsoft Clarity and server integrations Google Analytics Measurement Protocol and Meta Conversions API. Google Tag Manager and Hotjar are not used on the new site.

Regional analytics rules

The mode of operation of the analytics is determined at the country level based on the network data of the request. The site does not use this definition to determine the exact address or geolocation of the user.

• Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland must opt in before analytics are enabled. Until then, advertising cookies, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Advertising UET, Microsoft Clarity and related server-side advertising transfers remain disabled. Essential site functions and request forms work regardless of your analytics choice. Opting out does not prevent us from handling an enquiry, but the lead data is not sent to Google Analytics, Meta or Microsoft Ads for advertising measurement.

What happens after submitting the form

The request is stored in the internal system and can be transferred to PlanFix, Telegram and Zadarma for processing the request, callback and service messages. If the regional mode or given consent allows analytics, the lead event is also transmitted to Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta. Meta may receive hashed phone number and name, IP address, User-Agent, page address, referral source, and advertising identifiers, if available, for matching purposes. Google may receive event ID, page, source, campaign parameters, and session IDs when available. Google Ads may receive view and interaction events, page address, campaign parameters, and gclid to measure ads. Microsoft Advertising UET may receive view and interaction events, page address, campaign parameters, and msclkid to measure advertising and conversions. Microsoft Clarity may record a technical session of interaction with the page, including clicks, scrolling and navigation; values ​​entered in form fields are masked. UET and Clarity are authorized by separate consent signals and do not download until consent is required in opt-in regions.
